Brooklyn Handcrafted Gin
Brooklyn Gin® is handcrafted one small batch at a time, using traditional artisan spirit-making methods, and without compromises.
It begins with selecting and preparing the finest natural ingredients for a carefully honed recipe. Hand-cracked juniper berries and fresh hand-cut citrus peels are used to release essential oils and bring out the true essence and complexity of the ingredients. The time and effort that goes into crafting Brooklyn Gin® results in a superbly smooth gin that is fresh, complex and flavourful with a long clean sublime finish.
TASTING NOTES
Crisp and fresh citrus aromas with hints of lavender. Fresh citrus notes come forward on the palate complementing the herbal juniper flavour. The finish is smooth, long in length, and distinguished by a slight floral note.
Gin & Tonic
Mix 2 tots Brooklyn Gin with 120ml of premium tonic water. Serve in a highball glass over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
Brooklyn Martini
Mix 2 tots Brooklyn Gin, 1 tot Dry Vermouth and a dash of orange bitters. Stir with ice and serve in a champagne coupe with a thin peel of lemon.
