TASTING NOTES

Vanilla, mint & molasses on the nose. Notes of brown sugar on the palate that give way to oak toffee, dark fruit & anise leaving a long & smooth aftertaste with serious depth.

Manhattan

Mix Buffalo Trace Bourbon with 10ml Sweet Vermouth and add a dash of bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Neat/On-Ice

Pour Buffalo Trace over so 2- 3 cubes of ice, so that it melts a little bit of the ice. Bring it up to the top of the ice cubes or just below the ice cubes and drink it right there.

Add 2 tots Buffalo Trace, corn syrup and
2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters to a julep tin and half fill with crushed ice. Churn with a bar spoon. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate soil.
